Santiago: (Sound of Santiago puffing on a cigar) (Sighs) I honestly don't know, niña. Council's still pissed about the incident with Leah.

Parilla: (Groans) That was forever ago! Am I supposed to be a Level 2 forever?

Santiago: If it was up to me, I'd have you on a few missions by now. It's politics, Parilla. Right now, you're just on security detail until they stop being so... uh... agria.

Parilla: (Sigh) This sucks.

Santiago: If you'd like, you can take a look at what the guys over at "Blur Havok" are doing...
