Councilor Vasquez: Yes, Yeoman?

(Slow, deep breathing)

Vasquez: Yeoman?

(Slow, deep breathing continues; no response)

Vasquez: (Groans) Yeoman, what are you–?

(Silence)

Vasquez: "The Wolf"...

Alastor Hacon: Guess again.

Vasquez: (Gasp) Alastor? Where have you–?!

​

(Loud smash of wood and metal)

(Silence)

A. Hacon: You started this. (Pause) You couldn't keep your claws out of a situation. You contacted Velanna and gave that witch access to the NVC Codex. Your controlling, obsessive behavior got Melonie killed.

(Silence)

A. Hacon: I ought to add you to my list. But I won't. Knowing that your own behavior killed Melonie will be your personal Hell.

Vasquez: (Pause) Is that all you wanted to tell me?

​

A. Hacon: No.

​

(Deep thumping, most likely Alastor's footsteps)

A. Hacon: I will rip Velanna apart. To Hell with your "justice". You can have whatever is left of her once I'm done. (Pause) Stay out of my way.

Vasquez: This warpath you're on...  it only ends in ruin. I've seen it before.

A. Hacon: So be it. (Sound of wind whooshing)
