Right to Express

• All citizens of Valhalla have the right to say what is on their hearts and minds without fear of consequence from government authorities or private citizens.​

Right to Defend

• Above the right for private citizens to possess weaponry​ is the absolute right to defend oneself from tyranny, crime, assault, or nature itself.

Right to Possess Arms

• In absolute, clear, and by no means uncertain terms, there will be no regulation on any arms. Attempts to disarm the free citizens of Valhalla will be met with charges of treason.

Right to Protest

• The people have the right to object laws and policies deemed unfavorable. Restricting the ability of the people to protest peacefully in any way is treason.​

Right to Own

• Citizens have the right to own private property; the government cannot tax citizens for the property they lawfully own.​

Right to Worship

• All citizens have the right to worship and practice any religion; as long as it is not at the expense of anyone's safety or rights.​

Right to Vote

• All citizens over the age of 20 may vote in government elections.​

Right to Travel

• All Valhallan citizens have the right to travel and migrate to any part of the continent without government interference.​

Right to Search and Explore

• Until Valhalla is fully explored and colonized, citizens have the right to explore the continent and stake their claim.​

Right to a Fair Trial

• All citizens have a right to a fair and expedient trial; meaning they are "innocent until proven guilty", are given the opportunity to be represented fairly, and defended by the constitution and the constitution alone.​
