Description:

Formerly known as "Valhalla City", The Slums are the ruins of "Colony IV". After the Synthetic Revolt, the citizens of "Colony IV" migrated south and formed New Valhalla City while the Ski'tal claimed the remains of the Colony. Using scraps and supplies left from the Revolt, the Ski'tal built their own civilization on the ashes of the old. Due to no true leadership amongst The Slums, an alliance cannot be struck between the NVC Council and any entity that would represent The Slums.
