Councilor Vasquez: Is that one of your men on this security footage?

Alastor Hacon: What's he look like?

Vasquez: It's dark. I just see a light.

Hacon: He got a plate carrier?

​

Vasquez: I just see a light. He's using a flashlight.

Hacon: Is he human?

​

Vaquez: (Pause) ...I just see a light. That's all I see.

Hacon: How tall is he? He got an M4, or an AK?

Vasquez: (Pause) (Slightly raised voice)...What part of "I just see a light" do you not understand?! L-I-G-H-T. Light!

Hacon: (Silent)

Vasquez: Wipe that stupid grin off your face.

Hacon: (Giggling) I've never seen you so pissed. (Laughs)
